How It Works:

Design Consultation: Schedule a meeting with our designer or communicate via email to discuss your RESOUL™ We have two options available:
- Creative Freedom: Allow our designer full creative control to craft a bespoke design that enhances your sneakers in unexpected ways. We will talk you through our idea's and inspiration for your pair.
- Collaborative Design: You can offer imput and make suggestions for your RESOUL™ we will dediscuss and finalize the customization details, ensuring your vision is realized.*
- Pick-Up: We’ll arrange the collection of your sneakers from anywhere in the world.
- Craftsmanship: Our skilled artisans will resole your shoes through over 100 meticulous steps to achieve a flawless result.
- Updates: Receive an update throughout the customisation process.
- Delivery: Your revitalized sneakers will be returned to you, ready for new adventures.
Lead Time: 2 - 6 weeks
Size: The size of your shoes will remain unchanged.
Shipping:
Enjoy free worldwide shipping with all emissions offset through DHL GoGreen. Track your shipment easily; delivery typically takes 2 - 3 business days after dispatch.

*This service includes one video-consultation, or one in person meeting in our studio in Amsterdam, or two email sessions. We are offering this service to be able to offer our most loyal clients a 1 of 1 design, that fits within our design style and ethos. Some examples are: a welt shape that complements the original shoe, extra strips of leather added, or a custom wavy pattern, a hole or a patch, a lug sole, use of black or white leather, or darker tineted tan. If you think your idea will be difficult or more complicated, feel free to contact us to check weather if fits within this option. What we won't be doing is detaching swooshes and stitching them on the welt etc. Please make sure you like and trust our design aesthetic, so you wont be disappointed, all sales are final. This service comes from our love for fun and surprising design, let's make something unexpected together! Our goals is 100% clients satisfaction.
